Warranty is supplied with all items sold by Control Devices New Zealand Ltd. Warranty commences from the date of purchase and not the manufacturing date. Warranty is for twelve (12) months against manufacturing defects. Warranty is not valid for incorrect application, incorrect installation nor for over-voltage or over-current applied to the goods.

Most goods supplied by Control Devices New Zealand Ltd are low current devices. Goods supplied by Control Devices New Zealand Ltd must be installed by suitably qualified personnel. Suitably qualified personnel include people that have obtained New Zealand recognised Trade Certification, Diploma or Degree in the electrical and/or electronics sciences.

In the unlikely event that goods supplied are incorrect, Control Devices New Zealand Ltd will accept returned goods provided;

1. The part number does not match the Control Devices New Zealand Ltd invoice and delviery note,
2. The goods remain in the original packaging and unopened

Control Devices New Zealand Ltd will exchange the incorrectly supplied goods with the correct goods.
