Yes we can offer urgent manufacturing. This option is only available depending on if we or our suppliers have all the materials available on hand. Urgent manufacturing fees will apply if this option is available.


No we do not have a price list available. Please contact our Customer care team for pricing. We will send you an official quotation directly to you.

Depending on which suppliers. There are MOQ’s on specific products. Should Control Devices already have the part in stock we can provide one off units.

Depending on which supplier there will be a MOQ requirement for specific products. MOQ is negotiable when it comes to potential large quantities with the customer. MOQ does not apply to Control Devices stock items. Should the part be available in stock at Control Devices we can provide you with one off quantities.

Freight / Delivery

It will depend on the freight forwarder. Our logistics team can check with the freight provider as to whether Same Day option is available. If available a quotation will be provided to you prior to you selecting this option.

No, we cannot ship direct from our Supplier. In accordance to our quality policy orders must arrive to Control Devices offices for quality inspection prior to dispatch. Once inspection has been approved, Control Devices can ship direct to your end user. Should you require us to include different paperwork our team can also arrange this. Please contact our Customer Care team for further information on this option.

Yes you can collect your order at any of our Control Devices office locations. Business hours only. Please contact our team prior to pick up so we can pack your order ready for your collection.

Yes you can. Please contact our Customer care team and provide your freight carrier and account details. No delivery charges will be applied to your order.

Paying more on freight will not guarantee that you will receive your parts quicker. This will depend as we use external freigh providers. Our logistics coordinator can provide you with a quote for service options suitable with an estimated transit time, however the delivery time is not guaranteed.

You would have received an email from our team with your tracking number for your order. Please use this tracking number and go to the courier’s consignment track and trace page.

There is no credit card surcharge on Mastercard or Visa payment.

If you do not have an account with Control Devices we will need to receive full payment for your order prior to dispatch.
